Standard medical consultations are bulk billed when a valid Medicare care card is presented at time of consultation. Prolonged or extended consultations may incur a fee, the doctor or reception staff will inform you of this. WorkCover, TAC, medico-legal consultations, minor procedures & special medical examinations are payable at the time, by the patient, unless acceptable claim details are provided.

Doctors on Broadway has an appointment system in place. If a patient attends with an urgent matter or emergency they will be seen by the next available doctor, if they attend without an appointment they will be seen if an appointment is available or they will be given they next available appointment time. Emergencies and the varying nature of medical problems can sometimes lead to delays. If your concerned about your waiting time or feel that it is an emergency please inform the reception staff. If you need to discuss multiple issues or anything of a medico-legal nature please inform staff, so that a long consultation can be booked.

If you wish to speak with your GP over the phone, you may not be able to speak with them at the time of your call, depending on the matters urgency, you may be asked to call back at the end of their appointment session.

For short consultations no appointments necessary.
